I have been in the practice of law in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury claims since 1972. I handle defense in a broad range of misdemeanor and felony matters, including traffic offenses, DUI/DWI and drug crimes. In addition to personal injury claims involving motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls, medical malpractice, dog bites and construction accidents, I also assist people with workers' compensation claims.
I am a native of Philadelphia and a lifelong resident of the area. With a law degree from Temple Law School, I am a member of the American Association for Justice (formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (formerly known as the Pennsylvania Association of Trial Lawyers of America) the Bucks County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. I am admitted to practice in all state courts in Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
